September Issue's music defines precise categorization of feelings, alternative / poprock, and OPM style. It is influenced by bands like Maryzark, Neruda, Urbandub, Sugarfree, Mayonnaise and among others...September Issue is Darwin(guitar / vox), 2per(bass / backup / vox) and Paolo(drums).

The band were formed by late September of 2008. 2per and Darwin were childhood neighbors while Pao is a common friend. One day, while in the middle of a drinking session or "inuman session", sharing their individual problems about their former band mates, 2per and Pao (apparently drunk at the time), were amazed after hearing one of Darwin's compositions. Since they are enjoying each others (kulitan) company, why not form a band?
