KaDa Pop Rock Manila Fresh playful and different. The Band KaDa is more than just your typical band next door. KaDa was first formed as a show band in the year 2001 and was reborn to find its true identity as an alternative rock band in 2008. They're formed by five passionate individuals who all hail from the south; Vocalist Shine Grandea, Guitarist Paolo Zulaybar and Reg Ofiana, BAssist Ramil Trinidad and Drummer Jay Grandea. These friends have come quite a long way after their return, consistently conquering new venues from various parts of the Metro. They are sure to draw in listeners as the sweet yet soulful voice of Shine amazingly blends with rock beats and melodies that the rest of the boys produce, a sensation sure to be a hit that even non-rock listeners would appreciate the music they produce. As the 2004 SK las Pinas Battle of the Bands Champion and to their continues growth, KaDas potential must not be left untapped. The band has just finished their EP that compiles six of their originally composed music. Their sound influenced mainly by local artists Mojofly, Delara, Imago and Kitchie Nadal and international artists like U2, No Doubt and Gogo 7188 (Japanese Rock Band). Each song inspired by personal experienves that not only is food for the ears but for the soul as well. This makes a wide array of listeners to want to keep coming back as they can find themselves relating to the music that KaDa gives.
