Back by Midnite, a 3-pc all female rock band from Davao City got together on August 9, 2002. They began dishing pop songs but slowly transitioned to playing pop-rock and then finding their passion in Rock-Metal. They began covering songs from metallica, disturbed, RATM and system of a down.

The band has released an indie album entitled "PAST 12" which includes 10 original compositions.
